Ehsaas Organic Farms is owned by Mrs. Rashmi Bhansali, Mr. Rajeev Bhansali, and their son Rahul Bhansali. They are American citizens who decided to return to India after living there for more than 20 years. The low quality and contamination of the available produce in Delhi was the instigating force to their development of the Ehsaas Organic Farm. Their farm is located in Manesar, Gurgaon in the outskirts of New Delhi.

Ehsaas's aim is to provide organically produced vegetables and bring it directly from the farm to you. Vegetables at Ehsaas Organic Farms are grown without the use of artificial fertilizers, synthetic pesticides, antibiotics, hormones or other growth promoters.
Vegetable farming in Delhi is mainly conducted by farmers of low socio-economic status who cultivate small and marginal landholdings. These farmers prefer to grow higher yields at lower costs; influencing them to use an excess of chemical fertilizers and pesticides which unfortunately increase the heavy metal contamination their vegetables and produce.

Most of the vegetables coming into the Delhi market are grown near Najafgarh Drain, Okhla industrial Drain or Yamuna River. It is a well known fact that water from these locations is highly contaminated as result of industrial drainage. As a result, the vegetables grown on these lands tend to be contaminated inside out and contain the toxic chemicals that are present in their water source.

With our recent growth we have added many kinds of food products to our repertoire. Ehsaas makes a continuous effort to maintain extraordinarily high quality standards for the families that are our customers.

The Bhansalis, therefore, started Ehsaas Organic to address this growing problem and to create awareness in a small way about the health benefits of organic living.
